Rescene (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-based tools that edit and enhance real estate media, including photos, videos, and 3D content.

Controller vs. Processor:

• For your account, billing, and website interactions, Rescene acts as a data controller (GDPR) / business (CCPA).
• For media you upload (e.g., property photos, videos, and associated data), we act as a data processor (GDPR) / service provider (CCPA) — except where you grant us permission to use content for model improvement (see Section 6).

1. Uploaded Media (“Customer Content”):

• Photos, videos, 3D tours, floor plans, and associated metadata (e.g., device info, timestamps, or geolocation if embedded).
• Editing preferences, presets, and project details (e.g., listing links, tags, instructions).
• Outputs generated by our AI editing tools.

2. Account & Billing Information:

• Name, email address, company name, workspace or team details.
• Payment method (processed securely by third-party providers), billing address, and tax details.

3. Usage & Device Data:

• IP address, browser type, operating system, and general location.
• Feature usage patterns, project statistics, timestamps, and diagnostic data (e.g., crash reports).

4. Communications:

• Support messages, feedback, survey responses, or other correspondence with us.

5. Cookies and Tracking:

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, analytics, remembering preferences, and improving performance. You can disable non-essential cookies via your browser, though this may affect site functionality.

We process information for the following purposes: 1. Service Delivery:

• To edit and enhance your uploaded photos, videos, and other real estate media.
• To generate, store, and deliver your edited outputs securely.
• To manage authentication, accounts, and user permissions.

2. Service Improvement & AI Model Development:

• To improve Rescene's algorithms, tools, and user experience.
• To train, fine-tune, and evaluate our AI models using uploaded media, in compliance with privacy and security safeguards (see Section 6).
• To analyze aggregated, anonymized usage trends to enhance performance and reliability.

3. Support and Communication:

• To respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide service updates.
• To send marketing or feature announcements (you may opt out anytime).

4. Legal and Security:

• To prevent fraud, ensure compliance, and protect the rights and safety of users and third parties.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited data with: 1. Service Providers (Sub-Processors):

Trusted vendors who help us operate the Service, such as:

• Cloud hosting and storage providers,
• Payment processors.
• AI model infrastructure or compute partners.
• Email delivery, analytics, and monitoring tools.

All sub-processors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

2. Legal Requirements:

If required by law or valid legal request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Rescene, our users, or others.

3. Business Transfers:

If Rescene is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any material changes.

We use industry-standard measures to safeguard your data, including:

• Encryption in transit and at rest.
• Access control and authentication.
• Secure infrastructure with reputable cloud providers.

While we take these measures seriously, no system is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

Rescene uses uploaded media to improve and train our AI models responsibly.

This section explains how we handle that process transparently:

• Scope:Media you upload (e.g., real estate photos and videos) may be used to improve our image enhancement, editing, and automation algorithms.
• Privacy:Training data is handled in controlled environments, and content is not shared publicly or used for advertising.
• Anonymization:Wherever possible, we remove identifiable metadata and use aggregated or transformed samples.
• User Control:You can request deletion of your uploaded data or opt out of future training use by contacting privacy@rescene.studio.
• Third-Party Models:If third-party AI services are used, they operate under strict agreements and may not retain or reuse your data for their own training.

We believe responsible AI training benefits all users through improved accuracy and quality, while maintaining respect for data privacy.

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above:

• Uploaded Media: Stored while your account or project is active. You can delete files at any time.
• Account & Billing Data:Retained for legal, financial, or security purposes.
• Backups:Deleted automatically within 90 days of deletion from the active system.

You can request data deletion by emailing privacy@rescene.studio.

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, or CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to:

• Access and obtain a copy of your data.
• Correct or delete personal information.
• Object to or restrict processing.
• Withdraw consent (e.g., for marketing or training use).
• Request portability of your data.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
